This Sports Mind workshops has been specifically adopted to provide practical training to improve mental approach to SPORT.
Most athletes go through these problems and the good news is that you can overcome this by including some mental training in your program.
Your mind controls your body and in sport most problems are due to the mind simply not being trained to give the body the instructions it needs to perform the way you want.
Consistency, concentration and confidence are all best achieved through a regular mental training!
In this workshop you can learn how your mental preparation can help you improve your performance, by focusing on the how to of Imagery and Visualization, defining Mental Toughness, how to overcome negative mindsets and limiting beliefs and how you can create excellent states of mind when it counts.
