NEXT EVENT 19 May 2018

This Sports Mind workshops has been specifically adopted to provide practical training to improve mental approach to GOLF.

Do you find that your confidence and consistency disappear on competition day, or do you lose concentration after a bad shot, or do you believe you are a better golfer than your current results reflect?

Most golfers go through these problems and the good news is that you can overcome this by including some mental training in your program.

Your mind controls your body and in golf most problems are due to the mind simply not being trained to give the body the instructions it needs to perform the way you want.

Consistency, concentration and confidence are all best achieved through a regular mental training!

In this workshop you can learn how your mental preparation can help you improve your score, by focusing on the how to of  Imagery and Visualization, defining Mental Toughnesshow to overcome negative mindsets and limiting beliefs and how you can create excellent states of mind when it counts.

Have you ever considered that your performance is the results of your thoughts? Everything starts with a thought and your thoughts are real forces of powerful energy.

You can learn essential mental and emotional skills that will enhance your sports performance. Creating a stronger mental attitude will benefit more than just your sports performance, but will impact on your entire well being.
